24K dual hydraulic trailer jack kit with a 3 HP power unit
The Primary Mover 24K Dual Hydraulic Trailer Jack Kit combines two individually rated 12,000 lb jack legs with a Primary Mover 12V double-acting power unit, 3 HP / 2.2 kW motor and 15-foot two-button remote. The included hydraulic flow divider distributes flow between the legs for coordinated operation.
Each jack provides a 20-inch hydraulic stroke, powered extension and retraction, and dual counterbalance valves. Choose bolt-on or weld-on mounting and use the supplied hoses, fittings and battery cables to configure the installation.
Hydraulic power unit and remote included. Battery not included. The 24K designation is the sum of two individual 12,000 lb jack ratings; actual installation capacity depends on load distribution and the complete system.

One dedicated power unit operates the dual-jack circuit
The supplied Primary Mover power unit powers jack extension and retraction through the installed dual-jack circuit. Its separate mounting arrangement allows the unit to be located in a suitable dry, weather-protected area with access for installation and service.
The motor is rated at 2.2 kW, approximately 3 horsepower. Operating speed also depends on delivered pump flow, cylinder dimensions, pressure, battery condition and electrical installation. The available flow is shared between two jack legs, so do not assume the same travel speed as a single-jack circuit.

What the hydraulic flow divider does
The flow divider distributes incoming oil between the two jack branches to help coordinate cylinder movement. Its listed operating range is 1–5 GPM.
A flow divider distributes flow; it does not establish equal pressure, equal supported load or perfect matching of leg height. Actual movement depends on the divider’s accuracy, operating flow, cylinder condition, plumbing and loads.
This kit should not be treated as an automatic leveling system. Monitor both legs and the trailer during operation, provide suitable footing and follow the installation and operating instructions.
Dual counterbalance valves on both jack legs
Each jack has dual counterbalance valves that provide load-control functions for both sides of its cylinder. They help resist unintended retraction while supporting the trailer and unintended extension while the legs are stowed.
During lowering, the trailer’s weight may try to drive cylinder movement faster than the pump supplies oil. The counterbalance valves control outgoing oil to help manage that load-driven movement. Their function is separate from the flow divider’s job of distributing flow.

Match jack capacity and mounting to your trailer
Neither leg may exceed its individual 12,000 lb lifting rating. Trailer geometry, load position, footing and mounting arrangement determine how much load each jack carries; do not assume the load is divided equally.
Compare mounting dimensions, retracted and extended heights, coupling height and stowed ground clearance with your trailer. Bolt-on installations require a compatible hole pattern and suitable structural support. Weld-on installations require appropriate support and welding for the intended load.
Compatible bolt-on transition plates may provide additional mounting options. These adapters are sold separately.
Installing two jacks does not increase trailer GVWR, frame capacity or other component ratings. Use the complete installation within its applicable limits.
Already have a hydraulic power unit?
This powered kit includes a dedicated power unit. To use an existing compatible double-acting system, compare the 24K Dual-Jack Add-On Kit , which supplies the jack legs and listed hookup components without another power unit.
For an existing single-acting, power-up/gravity-down system, contact us about a suitable X-Block arrangement and dual-jack plumbing. The standard single-jack X-Block hookup kit should not be assumed to supply a complete two-leg installation.

Does this kit include a hydraulic power unit?
Yes. It includes one Primary Mover 12V double-acting power unit with a 3 HP / 2.2 kW motor and a 15-foot, two-button wired pendant. A battery is not included.
Are these two 24K jacks or two 12K jacks?
Two 12K jacks. Each leg is individually rated for 12,000 lb. The 24K package designation is the sum of those individual ratings, subject to load distribution and the limits of the complete installation.
Does the flow divider automatically level the trailer?
No. It distributes hydraulic flow between the jack branches to help coordinate movement. It does not guarantee equal leg height, equal load sharing or automatic trailer leveling.
Do both legs have dual counterbalance valves?
Yes. Each jack has dual counterbalance valves for load-control functions on both cylinder sides. Read the counterbalance guide .
Can I use my existing double-acting power unit instead?
A compatible installation may use the dual-jack Add-On Kit . Confirm pressure, working flow, reservoir capacity and circuit compatibility before ordering.
Does this powered kit need an X-Block?
No. The supplied double-acting power unit provides powered movement in both directions. An X-Block is an alternative arrangement for a compatible existing single-acting power unit, with suitable plumbing for the intended jack system.
