Shipping and Returns
Standard Ground Shipping (1 to 5 business days).
All items shipped through must be sent to a physical address and cannot be delivered to PO boxes. If a PO box address is submitted without a physical address, your order may be delayed or canceled.
We exclude International shipments as well as Alaska, Hawaii, & FPO/APO boxes.
The estimated delivery time for our products is 3 - 9 business days. Orders after business hours, the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your item(s) have shipped, you will be provided with tracking information via email.
This item can be returned within 30 days if the item is unused/undamaged.
Both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be paid by the buyer.
All returns require our consent and must be unused/undamaged. Returns are charged up to 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded cost of the returned item.
Refunds are for the cost of the product only.
After our approval, all returns must be delivered within 7 days.
